pod Groups consist of 3 men, 3 women, or 3 couples who meet weekly for about 10-12 weeks in the fall and the spring. A facilitator coordinates a time and place that is convenient for each person - it could be in the morning, or at lunch time, or on Saturday, and it could be in a home, or a coffee shop, or at the mall - whatever works. They learn together, pray together, and encourage each other. With just 3 people, you get to know each other really well, and over time, you get to form meaningful relationships with a lot of people in the church.
